2. What does your job entail?
Taking sales from sale agreed through to completion. This may seem like an easy job but it is crucial to keep in touch with buyers and vendors, assisting them every step of the way through the process and this helps prevent their sale from falling through, and can shorten the time from sale agreed to exchange. Having one person overseeing the sale prevents crossed wires. Keeping in touch with Solicitors and Financial Advisors is a key part of the process. Often there can be a chain and it is an important part of the process to keep a check on the related agents.

Giving buyers and vendors the good news they have exchanged.
