2. What does your job entail?
A bit of everything from providing valuation advice on homes across the city, appraising and organising the sales and marketing of large-scale developments across the Southwest and or valuing and selling land which is being offered for development.
One of the more unusual jobs was to offer up a potential Marina for sale on a long Leasehold basis. It was just so much more complex than I had expected.
I also sit on the board of the Plymouth Waterfront Partnership
3. What was your first paying job?
When I was 12, I worked on a fruit and veg stall in the market on Saturdays for an amazing guy called Bob. I loved it! And I used to earn £5 for the day too.
4. Are you a coffee or tea person?
Coffee in the morning, Tea in the afternoon (But not Earl Grey)
5. What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
Sun tan lotion, A fishing line and a Swiss army knife
